Vaibhav Samant is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across sales leadership, business transformation, and entrepreneurship. Currently leading a fast-scaling agritech venture, he blends sharp strategy with grassroots execution to build future-ready supply chains and sustainable business ecosystems.

With a background spanning consumer goods, retail, telecom, and consulting, Vaibhav has led large-scale operations, built markets from the ground up, and steered critical transformation programs for leading enterprises. His strength lies in aligning people, process, and purpose—turning vision into results with speed and clarity.
